2.1.  skinproject.uk is a site (“Site”) operated by Fox Group International Ltd (“Company” “We”, “Us”, “Our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10260168 and have our registered office at 11A & 11B Cinnabar Court Daresbury Park Daresbury Warrington UK WA4 4GE.

3. Suspension or Withdrawal of Services

 

3.1.  Our Site is made available free of charge.

You and We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if You are a resident of Northern Ireland You may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if You are resident of Scotland, You may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

 

11.3.  If You are a business, these Terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

11.4 These Terms of use may change from time to time as the Company sees fit and your continued use of the Site will signify your acceptance of any such changes. You are advised to check these terms on a regular basis.

 

12. Country Restrictions

 

12.1 We currently do not sell SKINPROJECT products to Italy, San Marino, Vatican City, Germany and France. These countries already have official distributors in place.
